Paul Mc Devitt

Paul is the creator and co-author of Quicklease LLC. Paul has an Executive MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Real Estate. For the last three decades Paul has been responsible for every aspect of Corporate Real Estate in over 40 countries on every continent except Antarctica. He has held senior real estate or service provider roles with several Global Real Estate firms and Fortune 100 companies such as American Express, Exxon-Mobil, Charles Schwab and Prudential Insurance. In those roles he negotiated or approved thousands of various types and sizes of commercial leases with commitments worldwide in excess of $3 BN.

Tom Real

Tom is co-author of Quicklease. He has over 35 years of senior real estate experience and has negotiated over 3000 commercial leases worldwide. Tom also was the real estate lease expert in the development of the leasing functionality of three industry-leading lease software applications prior to Quicklease. He participated in the design of West Mark Harris' (now Accruent) Strategen which became a widely deployed enterprise lease administration software. Additionally, he was the lease content expert for Workplace IQ, Tequila (industry leading retail lease software), Big Center and Virtual Premise - all industries leading platforms. Tom also led the selection, training and implementation effort for real estate software integration for six Fortune 200 companies.

Edward M. Dunlap, Jr., ME, PMP

Edward holds a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering and an ME in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina. He has over 40 years experience in hardware, software and IT project management. Edward is a certified Project Management Professional and has successfully delivered projects on-site throughout the United Stated, Canada and much of Western Europe as well as being an accomplished speaker.

James Duport

Jim is a 30-year veteran of corporate real estate, Jim spent 20 years as a Commercial Real Estate manager for two Fortune 500 companies. He is also the founder and developer of LseMod, a financial analysis tool for corporate and commercial real estate. Over the 15 years Jim ran LseMod and it became the industry leading financial analysis tool used by companies including GE, Xerox, Amerprise, Met Life, and Yahoo. It had international capabilities and was sold on five continents (all but South America and Antarctica). Jim has a B.S. in math and an MBA in Finance with a Real Estate concentration.

Cinnamon Trimmer

Cinnamon is recognized by Commercail Real Estate professionals as an expert with Financial Tools for Commercial Real Estate Transactions worldwide for the past 15 years. She has extensive experience with the design, implementation and sales of leading site selection tools such as LseMod, REI Wise and Argus. Cinnamon was the top sales person for LseMod for nearly eight years, bringing LseMod into nine countries prior to its purchase in 2010. She is currently Director for Sales and Service of a major financial tool company and previously ran her own consulting company.

John F. Ringwood, P.E.

John holds a BA and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College, and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut and the State of New Jersey; Member of International Facilities Managers Association; a Certified Facility Manager, Real Property Administrator and Facility Management Administrator certified by BOMA. John has worked as a Director of Real Estate and Facilities and Director of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities for several major corporations including Fortune 25 companies.

Karl F. Schmid, P.E., LEED AP.

Karl is a construction consultant based in Los Angeles, California. He holds a BCF from the City College of New York, an MS in civil engineering from Stanford, and an MBA from Cornell University. He has held positions with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Cornell University, City University of New York, and the City of New York’s Department of Buildings. Karl has authored Building Inspection Manual, Construction Crew Supervision, Constructing Estimation, and the Concise Encyclopedia of Construction Terms and Phrases.
